Andrew graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1992. Since that time, Andrew’s practice has been limited to criminal defense. He has practiced throughout Western Washington in courts of all levels from municipal court through the Washington State Supreme Court. Andrew has handled just about every type of crime that can be charged in Washington, but the primary focus of his practice has been defending citizens charged with drug and alcohol related offenses.
